CLASS A CREATIVE is the brainchild of Alexis Larsen, a seasoned creative and strategist with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations tell their stories with clarity, purpose and impact.

 

Larsen’s background spans journalism, graphic design, illustration, photography, marketing strategy, event production and consulting. For nearly 14 years, she worked with Cox Media Group, where her award-winning writing, design, illustrations and photography appeared in publications across the country, including The Dayton Daily News, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Austin American-Statesman, Palm Beach Post, Cleveland Plain Dealer, Columbus Dispatch and The Cincinnati Enquirer, among others.

 

Today, Larsen serves as Chief of Philanthropy for Five Rivers MetroParks, where she leads fundraising and strategic storytelling efforts while guiding brand, communications and community engagement initiatives across multiple nonprofit foundations. She was named the Public Relations Society of America’s Communicator of the Year in 2020 and a Women in Business Networking 25 Women to Watch in 2019, and has been recognized as Best Graphic Designer in the State of Ohio by both the Associated Press and the Society of Professional Journalists.
